This is the city and state that John Kennedy’s father, Joe made deals with the Mafia to deliver to Kennedy to win the White House. Then John reneged on the deal and probably made Sam and the mob very, very mad. Another interesting note on this episode is that Joe went to Frank Sinatra to get him to talk to the mob and cut the deal.
