There’s one other little thing concerning the mental health records and that is confidentiality laws that prevent anyone getting someone’s records w/o a court order and there must be a compelling reason. So, we have people advocating violating one of the most sacred privacy rights in our society that of our medical records. They would have a patients records turned over to the federal government simply because one is admitted to a psychiatric hospital. Somebody grab them and give them a clue here.
